Sun Box operating instructions:
- The Tan Card is created by putting a brand new card in Sun Box: the text "new card" appears.
- Next, the customer code is created.
- Then, the customer’s phototype is stored: this is a crucial step.
- Sportarredo machines recognize the customer's phototype and automatically program the session time.
- The credit pre-paid by the customer is directly uploaded in the Tan Card with the possibility to manage bonuses depending on the type of recharge involved.
- The credit is then deducted whenever the customer uses the Tan Card.

The machine is equipped with three control cards:
parameters: for function programming;cash register: to monitor cashed payments and bonuses granted;reset cashed payments: for payment history resetting.
- A Function Block key blocks credit uploading/discharging functions and enables the using of the Sun Box in "view data" mode.
